but now, i still can't remember the FACTS!
i needa rmb the vitamin A,D,E,K and B1,2,3,6,9,12
all the functions, sources and deficiency of them.
congrats me! and i needa rmb the methods of cooking,
the nutrients in meat, fish, eggs so on and so for.
ohmygosh..can someone change my brain with me?
although i love F&N, but i HATE THE THEORY!
