ahh yesh! F&N practical is finally over.

ok..went to school and Ms siti told us that the ingredients haven come yet.
so the time is delayed.
hmms..so we waited and waited.
tink! here come the ingredients.
wow..is a whole lot of them.
after that we were busy collecting ingredients and starts to cook.
first i started doing the strawberry muffins.
it was a success. what a good start.
but doing the second dish, i was like no confidence.
because i really don't know how to do.
and eventually, i failed to make what it was supposed to look like.
hahas..here comes the funny part.
as me and Jackie were just behind each other,
and cooking the same dish FISH CUTLET at the SAME TIME.
he do not know how to cook and keep asking me.
so, i was doing multiple tasks.
i was thinking what to do next for my dish and Jackie keep asking me what to do next.
i was so confused that i forgotten to tell him after the flour coat the fillet with egg.
and then, i just told him " just FRY the fillet "
he still comfirm with me issit really fry the fillet..then i just say YES YES.
HAHAS..a few minutes later, he called for dickson.
asked him why the fillet is sticking to the frying pan.
Dickson told him not enough Oil, so he help Jackie put.
but still no use, so Jackie called for me.
i went there, and see ehh..funny lehs..why will stick huh?
so i asked Jackie.....
Firstly, did you coat the fillet with Flour? ANSWER: Yes
secondly, did you coat the fillet with egg? ANSWER: Need meh?!
ok now i know what is the problem already,
and worst still, no coating of breadcrumbs.
HAHAS..then jackie was like so "angry" in a sense la.
but he is still joking with me.
i kept saying SORRY SORRY.
but in the end he got a new fillet from Ms siti..
so i kept reminding him the eggs and the breadcrumbs.
he still say " YIXI if i fail this i settle it with you. " =P
keep saying next time don't believe you already la..
hahahas...jackie sorry lah..Multiple tasks leh.
plus no time plan and recipe.
you got recipe you don't want see.
Hahas. =D
but nevermind, over already.
i asked Ms siti will fail anot, she said if you got cook you won't fail.
ok..phew~

Oh my gosh......think of it want to vomit liao..
i think it should be called Vanilla Custard.
my goodness, the whole dish is like made up of vanilla essence.
ewws..goospbumps man.
But the scotch Eggs were damn nice man.
as in the appearance la..i didn't taste the eggs.
ok lahs..that its for today.
what a busy and interesting day.
tomorrow still got tuition.
hais..and got to go Aunty's house.
so boring...nothing to do there.
i rather go out and have fun.
